Group Workouts do not need to be schedule you can pay in advance or drop in and pay at the door.  

Note:  Workouts expired 6 months after date of purchase

1 VertiMax Workout 

Patented core fitness training.  Training with VertiMax is idea for athletes interested in strength training, speed & resistance training.  We focus on jump, lateral movement upper body strength with both explosive leg & arm training.  Athletes will benefit from improving game speed, agility & vertical jump performance.

1-Individual Workout 

Individual workouts are beneficial for athletes to work one-on-one with the coach/trainer.  Together they can assess the athletes goals, identify strengths and weaknesses & determine what the athlete needs to improve upon in order to take his or her game to the next level.

1-Semi-Private Workout (must have partner)

Semi-Private workouts are shared with another athlete of your choice. We recommend both athletes have comparable athletic ability and fitness. Benefits of Semi-Private workouts allows athletes to work on their individual skills with a buddy while providing an economic plus to both participants.  While Semi-Private workouts are shared 80% of the training is still individual with 20% being competitive drills with partner.

Group Workouts

Mon-Thurs 

Group workouts consist of functional movement, single & two ball handling, form shooting, attacking the rim & using different angles finishing.  We try to finish each group workout to scrimmage games to incorporate all the skills we worked on that session.  Group workouts are great for beginners & advanced skilled athletes. Pay for what you use by the day-week- month.  No scheduling just drop in  pay at the door.

Multiple Individual workout packages are offered to allow athletes to learn basic basketball fundamentals over a period of time. Program  focuses on defense, developing confidence, coordination, strength, timing & stamina.  In addition to functional movement, ball handling, finshing from different angles at the basket.  Younger as well as your more advance athletes benefit from Individual workouts.
